To record your entire desktop, just select Entire Screen from the dropdown and click Start recording .

The reason for this warning is that Rapidemo is still new and it's code signing certificate needs to build trust. Unfortunately this isn't as easy as it sounds - I've documented the journey a bit on X if you're interested.
