Camera overlay layout

Add your camera recording as an overlay bubble and customize the overlay’s look and feel for each Clip.

This layout is only available if you’ve recorded your camera.

Apply camera overlay layout

After highlighting a Clip on the timeline, select camera overlay in the layout section of the Clip’s properties.

Customize camera position, size and border radius

For the camera position, choose from corner or free positioning. Position and scale are set per Clip, so the overlay can move out of the way when a Clip shows important content behind it.

Customize the camera overlay Size and Border Radius. Set the border radius to 0% for a square, and to 50% for a circular overlay.

During automatic zooms, the overlay shrinks to cover less of the screen recording. You can tune this with the camera zoom level.
